Webby360 Marketing Solutions
I work with a digital marketing solutions provider that specializes in search engine optimization, social media, brand management, paid search campaigns, digital marketing, internet marketing, and website development. My main responsibilities are to manage the search engine optimization and content strategy for clients, provide excellent customer service, engage in social listening and community management on social media, conduct quality assurance testing for various websites, and assist with budgeting. ​​​
Demand Generation Marketing Associate - Versapay
During my last two work terms, I worked for a B2B SaaS company in the fintech industry. My main responsibilities were developing and monitoring various campaigns, producing high-quality graphics, conducting A/B testing, creating employee training resources, and regularly assessing the budget in order to generate marketing qualified leads.
How to Processes
I took the initiative to create multiple training and process documents that helped my colleagues to complete routine and complex tasks more efficiently, such as how to manage campaigns, create graphics, build tracking URLs, make internal blog posts, build forms, and upload content syndication files, which were employee training resources that never existed before. Helping others to learn specific knowledge and skills not only improved their job performance but contributed to the overall growth of Versapay.

Educational Programming & Research Assistant - UofG Office of Diversity & Human Rights
During my third work term, I worked for the Diversity and Human Rights Department of the University of Guelph. My main responsibility was to conduct extensive research to help develop informal and formal education and training opportunities for students, staff, and faculty on equity, diversity, inclusion, and human rights.
Inclusive Language Handbook
After independently conducting extensive research on various examples of inclusive language, I designed and created a handbook that educates people on how to use inclusive language and avoid certain terms and phrases that may exclude or offend certain groups of people.
There are seven categories with examples of language that should be practiced and avoided as well as self-reflection exercises and interactive activities which are included to challenge people's biases and further educate themselves, with suggestions on how to focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion so people can create inclusive spaces for everyone.
I thoroughly enjoyed this project because I produced the entire handbook on my own and utilized my creative skills and knowledge to educate others and ultimately drive social change.

Digital Team Assistant - Kenna
During my first two work terms, I worked for a marketing solutions company that specializes in customer experience management. My main responsibility was to diligently complete quality assurance testing for six tools across various browsers and devices and provide creative solutions to enhance a new tool’s functionality, design, and user experience.
Search Engine Optimization PPT Presentation
This is a PowerPoint presentation that I created in order to highlight the importance of implementing Search Engine Optimization practices to the Digital Team. I helped to collect the research and data and I was also responsible for the overall design and structure of the presentation.
Through this project, I was able to learn more about Search Engine Marketing practices, particularly organic traffic versus paid traffic, as well as utilize my creativity to effectively communicate important information in the presentation.
