Leadership Situation Report
I completed a course titled Foundations of Leadership which provided me with an opportunity and a framework for critical reflection using an integrated approach to studying leadership.
With a group, I helped to produce a report that identified a real-life situation exemplifying a failure in leadership. We applied two leadership theories that we learnt to analyze the situation and the leader.
I enjoyed this course because it taught me about various leadership theories and allowed me to reflect on my strengths, weaknesses, values, goals, overall leadership style, and the type of leader I aspire to be in the future.
